Anyone may perform the following activities:

Pick-up (download) a file dropped off for you.
De Montfort Staff users: you may login with your username and password and send files to anyone, in or out of the University.
De Montfort Staff users who wish someone outside the University to send them files can do so, by logging in and clicking "Request a Drop-off". The request created will be valid for 7 days.
Once the recipients have collected the files, it would be appreciated if you remove them from your Outbox.

Files are automatically deleted from Zend a maximum of 28 days after you upload them.
